POLICY:Kostec NDT Consultancy Sdn Bhd (KOSTEC) is involved in providing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services. KOSTEC has the vision to provide the industry with quality services through the combination of experienced qualified personnel committed to providing customer-focused service.
KOSTEC is committed to:
• Meet the requirements for quality standards, monitoring performance, and using every opportunity towards the improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of MS ISO/IEC 17020:2012.
• Maintain customer expectations by providing competent and consistent services in the field of NDT by training and supporting the employees to achieve the company's targets while abiding by national, international, and customer standards.
• Ensure the highest level of performance and accuracy by applying a strict emphasis on safety, quality, employee health, training, technology, environmental health, and enhancing the core knowledge of employees.
• Independence and impartiality in our dealings with customers, vendors, suppliers and partners.
OBJECTIVES:
KOSTEC has the mission is to continue being a recognized leader in NDT and inspection-related services, to consistently improve on client expectations, and provide long-term value to clients. Therefore, the Quality objectives of the company shall be:
1. To ensure all employees are aware of their duties and responsibilities and the requirement for impartiality is to be maintained at all times so as to ensure possible conflicts of interests do not arise.
2. To respond to all clients’ inquiries within 5 working days or as and when stipulated by the client.
3. To respond to all clients’ complaints within 12 hours and resolve the complaints not exceeding 5 working days.
4. To ensure to not exceed 2 cases per month for non-conformities and complaints from clients to inspection services.
5. To ensure to not exceed 5 cases per annual for non-conformities and complaints from clients to individual employees.
6. To ensure the NDT inspections performed to comply with MS ISO/IEC 17020.
